GENERAL TIPS on VIEWS:
-RCA in LAO (appears like a C)                RCA in RAO (appears like an L)
-Best view for ramus: RAO CAU
-RAO CAU: Global view
-LAO CAU: bifurcation, marginal system, prox LAD (going up)
-LAO CRA: you see the conus going in and the SAN going up
-Whoever gives the PDA is dominant side
-FFR< 0.8 is significant
-LAO CRA: deep breath
-
LLL = LAO-LAD-Left

DIRECTION of PCI:
Balloon                     Distal to proximal
Stent                        Proximal to distal

PCWP does not correlate with LVEDP in MS or PS (PV stenosis post ablation)
MR Grading by Cath:
2+        Doesnt clear, goes up gradually but never equals LV
3+        Equals LV after > 1 beat
4+        Equals LV after 1 beat
Type I LAD :
Diagonal behaves
as LAD and
dives down
